This Week's Results

Holding at the same weight as last week (217 lbs.) for a total weight loss of 19 lbs.
(this is not surprising, since I had almost no exercise last week - not to make excuses but my squash partner is away on vacation)

I'll be leaving 2008 lighter than when I entered it, and I hope to say the same for 2009.
