My Journey on the Shangri-La Diet
What?
I started the Shangri-La Diet in October of 2008.
Here I blog my progress, thoughts, tips and techniques associated with the diet.
For further details on the diet, consult Seth Roberts' webpage.
There are also many discussions underway at the Shangri-La Diet Message Boards.
Everything you need (and more) for a successful experience on the Shangri-La Diet can be found in The Shangri-La Diet Store.
Obviously the Shangri-La Diet is not the only weight-loss game in town. If you are interested in some (great) tips for the Weight Watchers program, check out my Weight Watchers Tips page. More details about combining the Shangri-La Diet with a program like Weight Watchers can be found here.
