A few observations from my first week on the diet.
It's not really a diet, in the sense that unlike pretty much every other weight-loss program I've tried, you can't really "cheat." When you are hungry, eat. If you see something you want, you can eat it. The key is, you will simply be wanting less -- and that's how you will lose weight.
Not only have I been having smaller portions, but I've been eating slower, taking smaller bites and pacing myself. This is a by-product of the program and not really something I've been making a conscious effort to do.
I have not had a single between-meal snack for the past week. Frankly I've not really been craving any.
More to come....
